Artist Booth Includes:
-Garbage can, Biowaste Can
-Electrical outlets. Electricity not included.
-Carpet floor with acrylic carpet protection covering
-Access for (2) two to after parties & breakfasts
-Four daily exhibition passes
-Additional items will be available for rental two months before the show.
Per hotel policy, all group related boxes, packages, and pallets will be charged the following flat rate:
Boxes or packages - $15.00/each.
Pallet(s) - $150.00/each.
Please be aware if you are purchasing an artist booth you will only be allowed to do live procedures. No selling of products shall be done in an artist booth. You must also provide your artist license or certificate for booth purchase to be finalized. Please remember you will still need to obtain a Dade-County guest license to participate at the show (not required for Florida Licensed artists). Click here
If you are interested in doing both live procedures and selling your products, you will be required to purchase both an artist and vendor booth to abide by Florida Health Department standards.
Every submission is subject to review and can be rejected. You will receive a response to your request within the next 3-5 business days.
Exhibitor/Artist hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eyewake Media, its affiliates, IPCS suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all liability, responsibility, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to fees any of it its) rising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with (i) any intentional or negligent act or omission by Exhibitor/Artist or any of it employees or agents, (ii) breach of Exhibitor’s representations, warranties, Exhibitor’s/Artists occupancy and use of the Event premises, including without limitation, the assigned booth, public areas, or any part thereof.
Eyewake Media makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the IPCS or exhibit space, including but not limited to Event profitability, the number of attendees, access to utilities at the Event or within booth spaces (e.g., Internet, electric, etc.); and disclaims all warranties including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and non-interference. The booth space is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. There are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.
Please see link below for Health Department Guidance for out of State and Foreign Tattoo Artists licensing. If you will be working on any live skin this is mandatory. The Health inspectors will be checking every single license, deadline of competition for the rules & regulations stated on this link is by June 4th, 2019. If you are not complied and verified by the Health Department on or before June 4th, 2019 you will not be able to work on any live skin during the event and no refunds will be available.
