    Artist Booth

    Location: JW Marriott Marquis Miami 255 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami, FL 33131 18,000 sq. ft. column free Metropolitan Grand Ballroom 3rd floor.

    Set up your artist booth and perform live procedures for the entire weekend. Every space is fully licensed by the Florida Health Department*

    -All PMU/micropigmentation specialties and skin rejuvenation procedures can book a booth

    -This area of the expo is for live work only

    -This area is open to the general public

    -Event attendees can pre-book procedures with artists on the site

    -Artists can take walk-ins

    -Booths increments are 10’ x 10’

    *Artists will be responsible for fulfilling their obligations with the Florida Health Department

    -Six-foot table

    -Garbage can, Bio waste Can

    -Two chairs

    -Electrical outlets. Electricity not included.

    -Carpet floor with acrylic carpet protection covering

    -Two daily events & breakfast VIP passes

    -Four daily exhibition passes 

    -Additional items will be available for rental two months before the show.

      Artist Booth

      Exhibitor/Artist hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eyewake Media, its affiliates, JW Marriott Marquis Miami/MET II Hotel, LLC, IPCS suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all liability, responsibility, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to fees any of it its) rising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with (i) any intentional or negligent act or omission by Exhibitor/Artist or any of it employees or agents, (ii) breach of Exhibitor’s representations, warranties, Exhibitor’s/Artists occupancy and use of the Event premises, including without limitation, the assigned booth, public areas, or any part thereof.

      Eyewake Media makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the IPCS or exhibit space, including but not limited to Event profitability, the number of attendees, access to utilities at the Event or within booth spaces (e.g., Internet, electric, etc.); and disclaims all warranties including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and non-interference. The booth space is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. There are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

      Please see link below for Health Department Guidance for out of State and Foreign Tattoo Artists licensing. If you will be working on any live skin this is mandatory. The Health inspectors will be checking every single license, deadline of competition for the rules & regulations stated on this link is by June 4th, 2019. If you are not complied and verified by the Health Department on or before June 4th, 2019 you will not be able to work on any live skin during the event and no refunds will be available.
